  • Jake is a Boise-based director with a background in visually-driven, story-led work. He got his start at Sandwich Video, known for launching some of the most iconic tech products of the last 15 years. Founder Adam Lisagor invited him to LA after seeing his work online, and he quickly found his stride directing commercials with a focus on clean storytelling and visual effects.

After several years in commercial work, Jake directed the feature documentary App: The Human Story, which played a part in pushing Apple to reform its App Store policies—changes that opened new doors for thousands of independent developers. He has also directed impact-driven documentary projects that contributed directly to the passage of three California state laws improving support for students with autism.

Between longform projects, Jake runs a boutique production company Story & Pixel which is focused on high-end commercial work, with IBM as a longtime client. That experience has given him a deep understanding of the tech space, what resonates with its audiences, and how to execute complex visual storytelling with clarity and style.

Jake works locally as a dp, gaffer, grip, and camera operator.

  • Greg Wilson, an Oscars short-listed and Emmy Awards-winning director/cinematographer and gaffer, has become known for designing and crafting unique solutions to previously impossible cinematic shots, often in extreme environments.

Greg works locally as a DP, gaffer and camera operator. A prolific cinematographer, Wilson has lensed 5 narrative feature films, a dozen feature documentary films and television episodes and dozens of short films and commercials.

Greg’s diverse background working with real-people on documentaries goes back to his days as a photojournalist and his pursuit of innovation in visual storytelling allows him to be equally comfortable in an intimate dramatic scene, a deeply personal interview or the backseat of a fighter-jet filming massive storms.

In 2019, Greg co-founded a pioneering jet-aerial film company with the aim of transforming how we see the world around us.  Greg designed and physically built a custom L-39 fighter jet into a camera ship.  Greg now has nearly 1000 hours flying camera systems in jet aircraft and helicopters all over the world.

He one of a very short list of people who have been cleared into the restricted airspace above NASA and SpaceX missions, including ARTEMIS, while the rockets were hot and upon launch.  He is also a Part 107 certified drone pilot.

Wilson has directed commercials for Nike, Advil, Airbus, Textron Aviation, Aviara Boats, the US Open of Golf, and more.

  • Adam Wright is a filmmaker who specializes in music videos and branded content for small businesses and non-profits. Adam works as a Director of Photography, Assistant Camera, Gaffer, and Grip on commercials, music videos, and short films. He has a passion for sharing stories from those in his community and bringing the energy of music into the work he creates. Adam brings his well rounded background into each project he works on by prioritizing the people rather than just a product.

Outside of work you can find Adam sipping coffee, at a show, watching baseball, or chilling with his pets.

  • Matt Larson cares more about people than he does about work. A lifelong runner who still identifies as a trail runner—despite logging plenty of miles on concrete—Matt brings that same endurance and curiosity to everything he does. A minimalist at heart, he’s drawn to clean aesthetics but appreciates the texture life demands. He’s an avid sci-fi reader (currently deep into Shogun), and resists the pressure to define himself by a single niche.

When he's not behind a camera, you'll likely find Matt sipping whiskey while cleaning the kitchen, running along the Grand Canal, embarking on an adventure with his two young sons, or watching a BBC masterpiece with his wife. He believes love and kindness are what really matter. As for coffee: v60 edges out AeroPress—barely.
