SPRINTBACH AVIATION
March 2025 | Sawtooth Mountains, Idaho | CLIENT: SPRINTBACH AVIATION
Teaser of the aerial work for Sprintbach:
This past March, we had the opportunity to team up with Sprintbach Aviation to produce a visually stunning brand film capturing their sleek PC-12 aircraft in action. From the ground to the sky, this shoot was a full-spectrum production—bringing together cinematic storytelling, high-end aerial work, and crisp interviews that showcase the spirit and service behind Sprintbach’s unique charter experience.
Different Animals’ Greg Wilson led the charge—producing, directing, and working as DP on the project along with Jake Schumacher as Gaffer, Adam Wright as Key Grip and Andrew Bishop as 1st Ac. We had a narrow filming window and captured the ground-based scenes, client interviews at Sprintbach’s hangar and moved into the aerial portion of the project.
The real magic happened in the sky. We partnered with our good friend and longtime collaborator Grayson Baum at Minus7 Films, who flew his turbo-charged Baron58 camera ship equipped with the GSS 512 Mini EX gimbal. Together, we choreographed a series of dynamic air-to-air passes, filming the Sprintbach PC-12 as it carved through the snow-capped grandeur of Idaho’s Sawtooth Mountain Range. The combination of precise aerial coordination and the rock-solid stabilization of the GSS system allowed us to capture images that feel both epic and intimate—highlighting the beauty of flight and the rugged elegance of the backcountry.
Projects like this are why we do what we do—blending story, technology, and adventure to deliver cinematic work that elevates our clients’ brands. Huge thanks to Sprintbach for trusting us with their story, and to the incredible team that helped bring it all together.
Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes looks and final deliverables coming soon.
